Life in Poland has become increasingly difficult. Many Poles search for the reasons of the hardships they encounter every day. It is not easy to understand why - in spite of the seemingly wider opportunities which opened up for us in 1989 - we have a lot of reasons to be frustrated and not so many to feel satisfied. A great book that can help us better understand our situation has been waiting for us for more than 50 years. Ludwig von Mises' Human Action - probably the most important treaty on economics in 20th century - has yet to be translated into Polish. We plan to rectify this situation. By October 2007 a Polish edition of Human Action will be added to its many other language versions and editions.
- We would like to invite you to take part in this project by contributing financially to its completion.
